Hi, I’m Jared Tadique — owner and designated broker of Penny Kingdom Realty. I’m a Marysville real estate broker based near the 7 Lakes area, serving buyers and sellers throughout Snohomish County and down to North Seattle.
I was born and raised in the greater Seattle area, and now call Marysville home with my wife and children. My background includes residential remodeling and construction, previous ownership of an Adult Family Home, and full-time real estate experience helping clients buy and sell since 2010.
Because Penny Kingdom Realty is a small, broker-owned company, clients work directly with me from the first conversation through closing. My goal is to provide clear guidance, responsive communication, and practical advice without the handoff-team experience common at larger brokerages.

The Penny Kingdom Story
The name Penny Kingdom Realty has a family story behind it. “Penny” comes from my daughter, Princess Penny, and “Kingdom” gets a little help from my son Dominic — the “Dom” in King Dom. It’s a lighthearted name, but the promise behind it is serious: clients deserve to be treated with care, respect, and loyalty.
